Alloy Used To Cast Our Items Carefully Matches A Sample Taken From An Antique
English Candlestick.
This alloy has the soft golden hue so favored
during the 17th and 18th centuries. This special brass alloy is considerably
more difficult to cast and finish than the redder brasses commonly found
in imported items. Our production methods are similar to those used in England
and Virginia.

maintenance page). Lacquer wears off in time, and your brass piece will
begin to "spot-tarnish". Lacquered brass cannot be hand-polished which gives
